Schilling Green Redevelopment Well Underway
Merritt Properties has torn 230 Schilling Circle down to its steel and has begun to replace a new façade on this 106,208 SF Class A Office building. From the beginning, this redevelopment has been created with resource conservation in mind by redeveloping an existing site and reusing more than 50% of the building’s structure. A number of other environmentally and occupant friendly features have been incorporated such as an energy efficient boiler package, high performance lighting with occupancy sensors, and water efficient fixtures to facilitate a significant reduction in the building’s energy and water consumption. The anticipated completion date is Summer 2008. |
