Bob Arnstein, CPA

Bob is a CPA and brings over 15 years of experience to Merritt’s accounting department, including several years with the Big Four accounting firms. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland and received a master’s degree in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He maintains memberships with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) and VASCPA, and focuses primarily on financial, joint venture and tax reporting for Merritt Properties.
