Louis P. Boeri, Jr.
Lou has been with Merritt since 1992 and co-manages all aspects of leasing, tenant retention and new development opportunities. He is an active member of the Maryland and national chapters of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and serves on its National Office Development Forum. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Greater Baltimore Economic Forum, the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce and the Hunt Valley Business Forum and serves on the Board of Directors of the Loveton Center Owners Assocations. Lou holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Maryland College and an MBA from Loyola College in Maryland.
