Michael Larkin
Michael is the head of Merritt’s Virginia Team, contributing 28 years of experience to the Loudoun office, where he is focused on land development, base building construction, interior fit-up construction, property maintenance, and personnel. Michael demonstrates his dedication to the field outside of the office with his involvement in various organizations including the Associated Builders and Contractors, Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce, The Builders Foundation, and the University Center Architectural Committee. Michael’s college coursework focused on construction law, blueprint reading, project management, construction estimating and land development. He has also received certificates in building mechanical systems, concrete mix design, concrete fundamentals, floor and slabs, business and project management, concrete repairs, tilt-up construction, precast construction, masonry repairs, and post tension concrete.
