Merritt Properties wrapped up 2009 with the addition of two new tenants at Lansdowne Industrial Park, located on Alco Drive in Baltimore County. KK Imports, importers and distributors of plastic cutlery and paper goods for restaurants, have leased a 7,200-square-foot warehouse. Laviva Cages, a distributor of bird cages, will occupy 4,500 sf of warehouse space.
