Product Offerings
Merritt Properties builds, leases, and manages a full range of commercial real estate properties. We offer our customers Class A office, flex, build-to-suit facilities, retail, industrial and warehouse buildings.

Green Building Leadership
Merritt is committed to employing environmentally responsible construction practices in all our projects. A member of the U.S. Green Building Council and the Green Building Institute, the company has completed two LEED®-registered projects, with several more in development in the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area. To direct our green building initiatives, Merritt has five LEED®-Accredited Professionals on staff.

Charitable Giving
Merritt Properties is consistently recognized as one of the most generous corporate givers in the Baltimore area. With a special interest in charities that support women and children with special needs, Merritt has given both financial and hands-on support to dozens of local and national charities, including the Living Classrooms Foundation, The Children’s Guild, Special Olympics, and the House of Ruth Maryland.
