Since the creation of the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System, Merritt has quickly become an industry leader in the field. Our first certified LEED Gold project, building II of Meadowridge 95 is located on a former brownfields site being transformed into a Class A office park. Merritt’s second registered LEED project is Schilling Green, a Class A office redevelopment in Hunt Valley, MD.
