Merritt Properties Embraces High-Tech Solutions to Aid Environment
Recently, Merritt's Schilling Green and Schilling Green II buildings were featured in I95 Business Magazine as they discussed how the real estate and commercial development industry are changing their business practices in order to lessen harmful effects on the environment. Merritt has been one of the pioneering companies for green building in the area, and Schilling Green and Schilling Green II are two prime examples of the efforts that have been made on Merritt's part to reduce greenhouse gases, divert debris from going to landfills, decrease energy consumption and overall reduce its impact on the environment.
