Merritt Properties Signs 28,060 Square-Foot Lease at Beaumeade Corporate Park

Merritt Properties announced today that it has leased 28,060 square feet of industrial-warehouse and office space at Beaumeade Corporate Park. Having outgrown their previous locations twice in the past five years, Paul Davis Restoration will move to 44601 Guilford Drive at the beginning of May, allowing them to continue to expand their services and workforce.

Paul Davis Restoration of Northern Virginia is a family-owned franchise of the nation’s leading company in property damage emergency services, remodeling and reconstruction. The franchise’s move to Beaumeade Corporate Park is prompted by their growth and an effort to bring their Emergency Services and General Contracting Divisions together under one roof; currently housed in two separate locations in Sterling, Virginia. It will also provide them with improved access to their clients across the Northern Virginia area.

With 16,977 square-feet of warehouse space and 11,063 square-feet of office space, this location doubles their current sites, allowing them to better serve customers and employees with a showroom for selections; a training and meeting facility for the community, including property and facility managers, insurance agents and adjusters; and extra warehouse space for cleaning and storing content. The extra room will also allow Paul Davis Restoration the opportunity to continue to grow as they plan a 15% workforce increase throughout the upcoming year.
