Snow Storm Updates

Update as of 1/26, 7:30AM

All of our buildings are now open for business.  However, our crews are continuing to salt and move snow.  With this morning's freezing rain advisory, please continue to use caution as you drive and walk around the premises.

Update as of 1/25 3PM

The following buildings are now open:

  • 3600-3761 Commerce Drive

Update as of 1/25 9AM

It has been brought to our attention that although our buildings may be cleared, some of the roads leading to our properties have not yet been completely cleared and are treacherous.  Candlewood Road is particularly bad.

Unfortunately, these roads are maintained by the county so we will need to wait for their plows to reach them.

Update as of 1/24, 8am

Merritt crews have been out all weekend and hope to make significant progress on snow removal throughout the day.  Our goal is to have parking lots and buildings accessible by tomorrow.  We will work on sidewalks as quickly as possible.  However, due to the tremendous volume of snow, we anticipate that we will still be moving snow well into the coming week.

We will begin to post building addresses as the initial clearing is completed shortly.

With the impending snow storm scheduled to arrive on Friday, our primary concerns are the safety and business operations of our customers.  Our snow removal crews are ready to begin work and will clear all driveways, parking areas and sidewalks as quickly as possible.

If you are aware of any issues at our buildings, such as power outages, please alert our Customer Service Department as soon as possible at 410-298-2600. If any issues do arise, we will post updates on this page, so please continue to check for new information throughout the storm and during our snow removal efforts.
