Service Request Portal
In order to enhance your customer service experience, we are now providing a quick and easy online Customer Service Request Portal to more efficiently serve you and your needs.
The purpose of this portal is to request general, non-emergency, maintenance issues within your Merritt building. Any issue that is an emergency and needs immediate attention, please contact our Customer Service Department directly at 410-298-2600.
Examples of non-emergency requests can include services related to HVAC, electric, plumbing, or any other general customer service inquiry. This portal also allows customers to check on the status of current requests and gives customers access to their service log history.
Again, although this service request system is extremely convenient, we ask that if your situation is a true emergency, please contact our Customer Service Department at 410-298-2600.
To make a non-emergency customer service request, check on the status of your request, or view previous requests, simply click the button below and follow the instructions on the next page. If you have multiple requests, please be sure to fill out separate work orders for each request.
