Holly began her career at Merritt in the human resources department in 2002. After supporting the Interior Construction department for seven years, she returned to HR in 2012 as a team leader. In her current role, Holly is responsible for guiding and managing the overall provision of HR services, including employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with federal and state legislation. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a minor in Human Resources. She also received professional certification through the Society for Human Resources Management. Holly is a member of the Chesapeake Human Resources Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.
