Instead, our dedicated Customer Service Team is responsible for maintaining all of our properties and is available 24 hours a day to address issues promptly and professionally. In this way, we can guarantee that our customers always receive the high level of service they deserve and have come to expect from Merritt.
This dedication to customer service stems from our founder, Leroy Merritt, who believed in building long-term partnerships rather than short-term business deals. And, because every Merritt employee is also an owner of the company, every one of us is uniquely committed to exceptional service and lasting customer relationships.
While many companies promise a response within 24-48 hours, our average response time is just 1.5 hours – including weekend and overnight calls. And, with a field team experienced in construction, roofing and HVAC, we are often able to resolve customer concerns directly.
