Delivered in May 2024, 135 Merritt Way at White Marsh Interchange Park is a 167,900-SF Class A industrial building located off I-95 in White Marsh, Maryland. The project redeveloped a former 500,000-SF automotive transmission plant on a 56-acre site, transforming it into a modern industrial park. 

Sustainability was prioritized throughout, including material reuse and recycling, with crushed concrete repurposed for onsite paving. Purpose-built with tenants in mind, the facility features 32’ clear heights, 40 dock doors, and strong truck circulation.
