2026 Diamond Award Winner

SC&H’s new headquarters at 226 Schilling Circle in Hunt Valley, Maryland, was completed in 2025. The 26,395-square-foot space features workstations, private offices, conference rooms, huddle areas, a living green wall, and approximately 660 linear feet of glass partitions.

The project required integration with the building’s existing hydronic heating and cooling system and was completed in just 110 days. Through strategic sequencing and close coordination, Merritt delivered the project on budget and met SC&H’s December 30, 2025 relocation deadline.

Awarded in 2026
