Completed in May 2024, 135 Merritt Way is a 167,900-SF Class A industrial facility within White Marsh Interchange Park, strategically located near I-95 in White Marsh, Maryland. The 56-acre property was redeveloped from a former automotive transmission plant into a modern industrial facility designed to serve a range of warehouse and industrial users.

The building offers 32-foot clear heights, 40 dock doors, and a 180-foot shared truck court to support efficient loading and truck circulation. The redevelopment also incorporated sustainable practices, including recycling materials from the former facility and reusing crushed concrete for paving throughout the site.
