Located in Ashland, Virginia, Building 7 at Merritt’s Crescent Business Center was delivered in August 2025 on an accelerated schedule to accommodate its lead tenant, Agiliti, a national healthcare solutions provider that committed to occupy more than 55 percent of the building.

The 32,000-square-foot Class A light industrial facility features a modern shallow-bay design with 20’–24’ clear heights, dock and drive-in loading, an expansive truck court, and direct access to I-95. Strong leasing momentum drove the property to full occupancy prior to construction completion through three executed lease agreements.
