How to Book and Room Guidelines
All reservations must be made through Merritt's Customer Service Department. You can do so by filling out the form at the bottom of this page, emailing [email protected], or calling 410-298-2600.
If you would like to utilize the conference room, we ask you to keep these things in mind:
- This room is available exclusively for employees of The Exchange.
- The room hours are Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 7:30 PM.
- Please be sure that your reservation includes any time you may need for set-up and clean-up.
- Tenants are responsible for supplying any necessary A/V equipment. Merritt only supplies television with HDMI cord.
- If you need to cancel your reservation, please let Merritt know as soon as possible so we can open the room to others.
- Please remember to clean the space after your meeting is over. Failure to do so will result in a loss of room-blocking privileges.
